As a mother, Michelle understands the exhaustion and frustration of sleepless nights. Her journey has led her to some life-changing discoveries about sleep – and the realization that sleep issues can be overcome! (Not to mention, that it is ridiculous to feel guilty for wanting your child to get a healthy amount of sleep!) As a professional Child Sleep Coach, Michelle has seen time and time again what parents can achieve when they have solid direction and support: confidence restored, strain on relationships eased, and healthy sleep for the whole family! Knowing that sleep affects all aspects of a child’s life, including brain development, it has become her passion to empower parents with effective solutions for behavioral sleep issues.
Michelle is certified as a Child Sleep Coach through the International Maternity Institute. She is also a certified Maternity Sleep Coach, and member of the Association of Professional Sleep Consultants. She lives in Alberta, Canada with her husband and three children, one of whom is now teaching her dolls the principles of healthy sleep.
